FR-InLine is a modular & expandable platform for the In-line non-contact characterization of coatings in the 3nm-1mm thickness range. FR-InLine can provide real-time determination of several parameters such as: reflectance & transmittance spectra, thickness, colour, in a wide range of diverse application settings. The module comes with dedicated S/W that can be executed in standard Windows 10/11.
FR-InLine is available in both half-width (for up to 4-channels) and full-width (for up to 8 channels) 3U rack-mount chassis and characterize the coatings of interest in real-time. The FR-InLine offers the option for external triggering, through standard I/O, for start/stop/reset functions. The measurement data are immediately available for usage by other software for further tuning of the production process. The module in easily installed by end-user’s engineers.
FR-InLine is accompanied with several accessories, such as:
