ThetaMetrisis Warranty

ThetaMetrisis warrants that our equipment shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery (FR-pRo, FR-Scanner and FR-pOrtable).

If a failure due to such defects occurs during the warranty period, ThetaMetrisis will repair or replace the defective product or component free of charge following a corresponding notification by the customer.

Access to updated versions of FR-Monitor is granted free-of-charge for 3 years from the day of delivery. For further updates please contact your representative.

Notes:

• Damaged reflection probe due to improper use is excluded.
• The guaranteed lifetime of the Light Source is 5000h in FR-pRo and 20000h in FR-pOrtable.

 

Service contracts

Regular maintenance helps to extend equipment lifespan, reduce down time and ensure optimal performance. Standard and custom service contracts are available for all ThetaMetrisis manufactured equipment. Our standard AnnualService Contract includes:

• One preventive maintenance visit
• Priority in Servicing of all ThetaMetrisis system components
• Software upgrades
• Telephone / Teamviewer support during regular working hours
